He began his career with us as a management trainee and quickly excelled, graduating top of his class and rising through the ranks to his current position as Senior Unit Manager, a testament to his exceptional leadership and management abilities.

Ray has also been actively involved in our district's internship programme, serving as a committee member and mentoring over 200 candidates throughout his career. Recognised as one of the top trainers and producers on our team, Ray's achievements have been featured in various publications, including CEO Capital, Capital ENTREPRENEUR, East Week, and Economic Digest. Ray is often invited to speak at business forums across Asia, sharing his valuable insights and experiences in the industry.

With a specialisation in serving Hong Kong and expatriate clients from the banking, legal, and public sectors, Ray's expertise is highly sought-after. He holds a master's degree in Legal Studies from Cornell University and a bachelor's degree in Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
